We’re doing some work with the Pune Municipal Corporation’s Budget Book, 2015-16.
We have converted the PDF to excel format, and put it all online on google spreadsheets, open source, free to use. You can get your copy here: http://tiny.cc/punebudget2015 .
We hope Budget Analysts, Policy Advocates, Activists, Citizens groups in Pune can use this as a tool in their work.
